  Ordered 4 meal deals, took ages to even phone to say they were having a problem with some of the items and would we like a substitute. We agreed to this and then 30 minutes later the delivery guy arrives, without the substituted items and some of the ordered items. He goes off to get the modding items and says he will be back. By this time all are hungry(8 of us) so we start eating, one of the half and half pizzas he's no cheese and is burnt. Inedible. I got on the phone to explain. The young lady on the phone had no clue how to sort this out! Eventually after lots of time trying to get her to understand. She agreed to give us some money back and send remaining items, we are all still trying to eat as well during all this. She also said if she was refunding some money that we had to return the burnt pizza to the delivery guy, like ed were trying to scam them! Cheek of it all. Then when the delivery guy arrived he said "oh I see you have eaten half" well no it was a half and half pizza idiot. The total order came to almost £80,00 and we had s Rubbish experience! Won't be ordering again...

  Food is good, does get very busy so be prepared to wait if you decide to order during lunch or dinner hours

  Not good. Ordered over the phone waited 2hrs despite the staff telling me it would be delivered within 40mins. Had to ring the store to chase the order. They informed me that they made a mistake and put my order for collection. I had to ring them not good service. People be aware of the slack service. No compensation was offered.

  Great place to work, such a friendly bunch! I'm responsible for getting deliveries out in good time and still hot, I've had many happy customers! I hope they do a vegan Pizza soon as I know 20+ people who would buy that alone, and on a weekly basis!
